In this racing game, the players get to race in police cars instead of the usual racing cars driven by speed freaks (like in the Crazy Cars series). Break the law instead of upholding it, while racing through the streets of San Francisco (Cisco for short, hence the name). Take in the Golden gate Bridge, China Town and the Twin Peaks.

Days Of Thunder

In the PC version, gameplay consisted of setting up the car qualifying, and then the actual race event. If the player finished in a high enough position, they would progress to the next circuit. Damage was calculated not by realistic damage displayed on the car but a "cracked dashboard" bar indicator, with cracks appearing along the dashboard when the player hits something (the same as that used in the 1989 release Stunt Car Racer)

It was developed by the Papyrus Design Group consisting of David Kaemmer and Omar Khudari, and distributed by Electronic Arts. It first released for DOS and later for the Amiga in 1990. Stunt Car Racer

The game differs from other racing games in that the races take place on an elevated race track, with nothing to stop the player from accidentally driving off the side. Most race tracks in the game have gaps in them, which players can fall into. If this occurs then the player's vehicle is hoisted back onto the track
(by a nearby crane), costing valuable time. Turbo can be used to make a car go faster, but it can only be used for a limited amount of time in each race.

Super Karts

You can choose the number of laps, as well as difficulty level (although "medium" is more like "difficult"). Although graphics are somewhat pixellated, the appeal of SuperKarts lies in attention
to detail and a wide variety of tracks. Scrape a metal fence, for example, and you'll see sparks fly out of your kart with appropriate sound effects. Some tracks are set in undulating sand dunes, while others go through bustling cities and grassy plains. Random bonus items, such as turbo boost or kart repair, are scattered throughout each track, and they are always worth picking up.

Test Drive III - The Passion

Unlike the first two titles, the third game had the concept of a free landscape , the player did not have to drive on a preset course. Each section contained alternate routes and shortcuts for reaching
the finish line and the player could go wherever they want, i.e. drive off the road and onto the grass, hills, farms etc. The landscape included features such as bridges, tunnels, water hills and mountains. It also featured railroad crossings with a real train running in a loop. The player would also have to watch out for the speed limit when a police car was in sight, otherwise he could get caught and fined.
